I like being busy and having the trust from my management team that I will get my work done without having them breathe down my neck.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I just think it's fair for my experience and what I have to bring to the table at this point in time. I feel like I am worth more now then when I was hired, but we can talk about that at my anniversary.
