What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's a safe space, although we all come from different levels and backgrounds, everyone is respectful of any questions and respectful of our time both online and offline.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We actually want to better each other, we are all still new to getting to know each other but I can tell that we want to invest personal and professional time forming those bonds that will make us work well together
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home, not having to commute, having my pets as "cubicle mates" being able to be fully comfortable in my environment and know that help is just a slack message away, plus IBM offers an endless amount of online resources to continue learning
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home, the managers and coworkers seem respectful that everyone has a life outside of work and I really value that. I work to live and have fun not live to work, and when work can also be fun it's the best win-win scenario possible
