What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really like the excellent work life balance and the casual nature of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is quite good, I' m happy with that. The Sign on bonus was great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's diverse and there is no super rigin structural hierarchy. I can easily communicate with any of my team members regardless of seniority and they all seem to value my opinion.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that I have a lot of options in terms of the projects I can work on. My teammates are also great so that makes my work enjoyable as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are friendly, approachable, and very caring. Managers are really good at communicating their intentions and heavily emphasize their support for our team. They are open minded as well and very determined to help us improve and grow.
