Generally, I am very happy and satisfied at IBM. However, shortly after I started, there were massive resource actions which also affected my direct team. This made me pretty insecure, and I am still wondering whether my job is safe. Apart from that, I love the culture, atmosphere and opportunities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very friendly and cooperative. We work great together.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I have accomplished something worthwhile, interacting with my coworkers and colleagues, learning new things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not sure what level of the leadership team is meant, but I like the general atmosphere transparency and openness within IBM.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The general friendliness of the people and the open culture. There is also a general sense of respect for each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is great, but there are no other significant benefits - no bonus, no office snacks/coffee, no private pension plan etc.
