Acknowledging that we are human beings with feelings and lives, I have never worked any places where you are in fear of the GM, he is quick to fire people and the large turn over of employees is due to his attitude - I do NOT abuse my time at work but feel you can never please or get one kind word

There are no positives, our dept boss does not think his workers are worthy to talk to but if he knows someone his whole attitude changes - he talks and laughs The GM thinks fear is a motivator instead of giving any positive feedback. Watch out if he is in a bad mood

Many employees are interested in helping serve the customers employees are too busy trying to finish their assigned duties or else you can't provide great service if you are worried about finishing your stocking

Some coworkers are not easy to work with. The ones that are tolerable, they fire. The brown nosers get further head and more hours. Have set schedules for folks and not treat them less of a person if they need time off.
