Genesis Healthcare: Location @ 5900 Forrest Hills Dr. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 is one of the worst centers I have managed. They do not care about the residents, administrator, and majority of the staff. Breakfast meat only served once a week. Resident has complained but corporate refuses.Money hungry!!

Subway: The subway that u work ar specifcally, has a manager that does not respect her employees. She makes issues with her employees personal. She threatens to fire employees if we need a day off, but there are many other things she does that are no acceptable.

Whataburger: Loyalty among longtime employees with big seniority is not recognized nor appreciated. I've been with the company 8 years and was never made trainer, and yet new (younger) people who have either been on the job 1 year or 6 months are made certified station trainers, while I haven't.
Wabtec Corporation: Good fundamental engineering experience. Off hand management. Mature products with some opportunities for new product development.
Papa John's International: Everything seems like its based on saving money and not caring about the employees since we are the ones that make the business work day in and day out.
Canadian Tire Corp.: I work at Mark's and I love that work environment, super positive and happy
Advance Auto Parts: On the lower level, it is very well. Co-workers are close and work environment is great for the most part. Once managers and above start to push corporate agendas like cutting hours and man power per shift, it ruins the energy to go to work knowing we are undervalued.

L3Harris Technologies: I was part of L3 prior to its merger with Harris. Since the merger, almost all decision making has been taken from local management. Morale is low. We lost our profit sharing bonus and pay raises have been low compared to inflation. Employee turnover is high and we've lost a lot of talent.

But opening and closing drivers make the same hourly wage as other drivers, but are expected to do inside work at nine dollars an hour and make fewer tips than other drivers. Opening and closing driver should get a stipend per hour is expected to do more than others.

Progressive Insurance: Solid company, they try hard to strike a work -life balance which I appreciate. Worked here going on 20 years & only thing I would change is PTO balances. I feel it is very difficult to accrue PTO until you got 5 years tenure. From there easy sailing but makes for a small vaca pool to work with

SEPHORA: I have really enjoyed my time at Sephora, it's fun! As I tell people, no one gets depressed talking about beauty retail. I haven't had the most engaged management but I am able to self-motivate and drive the things I need to get done done, so that' hasn't been a hindrance but of course doesn't help

Marriott: I think the Marriott's core values and concepts are brilliant, and feel proud to work for the company on the downside I can not speak for all brands and compaines. but the inadequate managment i work under destroys all concept of the core values held by the marriott international brand
The GEO Group: Geo is a good company to work for. The employees here are very friendly and organized. Also, Geo offers good benefits.
SEPHORA: I have been here for over 11 years and I don't ever want to leave. It's challenging and there are opportunities (lots of red tape to get through at times) but we always feel comfortable voicing our opinions and know they will be taken into consideration.
Nautica: It could be a better experience

SEPHORA: Sephora has been the best company I've worked for across various other large retailers and tech companies. I can show up to work as my whole self, I feel supported by my team and leaders, we have fun together and get to experience a lot of great events too!
Dollar General: The DG company continues to underpay at store level and payroll is SO tight that stores cant keep up with daily projects! This also create dirtier stores and alot of Disarry in the locations! Too much outdated or expired product on shelves! Turnover at Dm and Store manager level way too high.

Tyson Foods: It has been good but tiring.The pay is excellent,most people are friendly but i work in the ONLY 3rd shift dept that just gets a 30 minute lunch & no other break despite signing a paper stating that we get two paid15 min breaks and a 30 minute unpaid lunch each 8 hour shift.So its definitely tiring.

Avery Dennison: Flexible work but working completely remote has caused lack of motivation and complete disconnect with team members. Also the training, organization of work, management and salary are not too good either.
KinderCare Education: This company cares a lot abput revenue. The employees who work at its child care centers are not valued. Wages are capped after an employee makes a certain amount ; in my area wages are capped at $18 an hour). Once capped , full time employees recieve a $500 a year " bonus" but no raises.

Target: Company does not care about you. Constantly cutting hours due to their inability to gauge the consumer spending habits and theft. Fights paying short tem disability for surgery.
