Walmart: its been an ok place to work

FedEx: We all share a common goal and I enjoy being there working hard to show the other workers that being positive and working together we can achieve deadlines more effectively.
Walmart: not that great, I'll take a better job when I find one.

Goodrich Corporation: Good but could be a lot better

Walmart: not enough communication to accomplish anything

Hobby Lobby: The compensation is very good for the company. They pay very well.
Northwestern Mutual: They work hard to make sure that we all are leaders

The Home Depot: I get dental and vision even though I don't work full-time.
Roche Bros: It makes me so happy to be out of the house and earning money.
Dollar General: putting more people on a shift. Sometimes I am there up to 6 hours by myself.
LSC Communications: real people who actually care about their workers and not ready to throw us under the bus to cover their self
Medtronic: Communication. It is very possible we are all about to lose our jobs, and we were just notified about it...and told not to worry.

Cracker Barrel: Understaffed, overheated which leads to dehydration, always running out of food. Cooking frozen burgers, steak, fish.
FedEx: I started working recently, and the overall work culture, pay and benefits are all phenomenal compared to previous jobs.
Cummins Inc.: Senior management, lack of leadership culture of figures and nothing substantial in actually getting the job done outside engines ie hse and quality brushed under the carpet you make up reports all you like

ADP: For one be consisteng, executives show up once a quarer to give you numbers and tell you you are the best and management is hiting team leads and other higher level positions and tells you that it is going to be filled by an external candidate because they do not have the right people on the team
Cardinal Health: Accountability, compassion for employees and customers
Eaton: My company really has given me a good opportunity
Bed Bath & Beyond: A lot is going wrong. I don’t see it improving unless corporate changes strategy.
Bank of America: They offer great benefits for the family.
Kroger: They'll never because of the two to three different pay scales

RR Donnelley: Absolutely miserable. The work day never ends, and you can't count on any manufacturing department to execute properly.

Rite Aid: Pay scale is not inline with other pharmacy technicians. Give us better compensation.

Aflac: The local team are truly great people and are genuinely happy when those around them succeed.
