LexisNexis Legal & Professional: The executive within the MENA region only (I can't speak for the team in France) consistently do not listen to reps. We have deal reviews with clients and sometimes new business and no value is added. There is too many internal meetings to stroke the egos of leaders than delivering value.

UCHealth: Compensation is terrible. Constantly compared to states with lower costs of living but "higher ups" continue to pad/overbook provider schedules so they can always get a bonus every month while everyone else is struggling to afford food and housing.
