Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If it was actually raised to the baseline needed for independent living in my area

I believe that our fixed pay should be more competitive and aligned with current market rates. Additionally, I have observed that women often receive lower compensation compared to their male colleagues, which is a concern that needs to be addressed to ensure pay equity within our organization.

I love working with my co-workers; they are smart and kind people. That said, most of the company has not mastered the art of making and sticking to a meeting agenda.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is why I am still at salesforce. People are great, my manager Meredith Schmidt is the best manager ive ever had and truly advocates for us.

Amazing culture! The only disappointing thing about the environment is that there is an under investment in video conferencing tools and software, which makes it a very HQ centric environment. Nothing hinders your ability to work with other teaming than not being able to talk to them.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very thorough, and even though most of the manager I interviewed with were remote, they arranged an in-person interview at the local office so I could meet peers and get a sense of the culture, which I felt was very helpful.
