Leadership needs to improve on applying a zero tolerance for any sexual harassment and to take it seriously. To make the work environment more professional and whoever is not taking this position seriously to have a process of elimination for people that are there not wanting to be successful.

Not paid a living wage. Commission structure is about 7-10 years behind the times, it rewards everyone a small amount no matter how well you do. Instead of rewarding top preformers.

It's a nice store with a pleasant setting, however it is not maintained as well as it could be. Electronic tools are frequently crashing and effecting how we do our jobs. In one case we have a work station that has been down for three months already and still not fixed.
