The ETL's act like children, and constantly gossip. They ask unattainable things of TM's, and dont actually do the job they are asking others to do. They go to other departments and look for anything wrong to make that department look bad, and make their department look good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Target acts like it cares about the TM's but they dont show it. They love to say we are the best but then make their TM's use broken/half broken vehicles because its not in the budget. My store doesnt even let us use the employee entrance during the day, but TL's that have a key can use it.
