The people that work along side me have strong work ethics that arent being used properly because of a negligent and absent management team. They have bright ideas, quick to step up and help others, and have strong hospitality skills.
Regardless of the amount of work we do, we never get genuine recognition. We are called DBO (designated business owners) so that we are held accountable if the zone is in poor condition, but never the ETL who is in charge of giving us support and making sure we are properly trained to meet our goals
