Target doesnt care about anyone or any of their employees. I recently had a passing in the family and took some time off to grieve. Mental health is very important to me and I wanted to make sure I was 100% better before going to work. Unfortunately, I was let go. I don't think it was fair at all.

Actually learn how to care about the people you're hiring and get to know them more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Meeting a few nice people who actually wanted to help. If you didnt know, they would throw you around!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope Target actually learns how to care about their employees and realize that the employees are the ones making your money. (:
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more understanding when it comes to real life situations. Being more understanding when it comes to MENTAL HEALTH. At the end of the day we are all human, we feel. Get a grip of reality!!
