Very liberal company that completely aligns with the Democratic Party with absolutely ZERO regard for team members who may have different political or religious beliefs. They claim to care about diversity and inclusion where all they truly value is promoting white guilt and CRT. Very frustrating l!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Luckily I have great low level leadership who is fair and amazing. It is the senior leadership at Target that completely needs to get out of politics and realize both Liberals and Conservatives work and shop in their stores.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It is different now than when I started. Most of the interviews now are videotaped and online for the initial meeting. Then if the leader likes them they will bring them in for an in person second interview. Seems safer with Covid restrictions.
