The work experience at any given Target heavily depends on the environment as well as the people who also work there. Any given task is not too difficult, lots of repition, but a good store culture is essential. I love my store and the people who work there, so I like my job!

Everyone is friendly, willing to help others, and perform most tasks with a great attitude. There is a heavy team environment!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Target has great benefits. In addition, on their team member website, they offer a lot of discounts. For example discounted gym memberships, engagement rings, tickets for events, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am apart of the leadership team. We always try to work with employees as well as help each other out. I've never felt afraid to ask for help or advice, and the leadership team at my store isn't afraid to do actual work!
