Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
nobody gets raises here. I know people who've worked here 16 years and make the same amount of money as the seasonal hires. there's no loyalty, no appreciation. there's no incentive to do a good job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the individual managers and team leads are fantastic at my store, but corporate cuts the whole operation off at the knees. they don't listen to us at all, and it leads to a lot of problems. the managers do their best to sort through corporate's messes.
