Overall a great culture at the store I work at. I have responsive leaders that genuinely try to care about any concerns we have. Conflict resolution is relatively average, but honestly, it doesn't happen much. Good pay. Okay hours but they're very flexible when it comes to school schedules and all.

Lots of available options as far as benefits

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They're responsive and actually listen to you. Some managers don't listen, but I've really gotten lucky.
