Human resources is not helpful at all and don't know how to do there job . They don't pay out the sign on bonuses or referral bonuses that they say they are going to be paid out to you and they tell you will get it next week and it's a way to push off paying out and they work you till your broken

I got hired and it's very random who they pick to hire
What makes you most happy at work?
Break time and leaving for the day and pay day when I actually get paid what I'm owed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They don't work and walk around talking while there are so many things that need attention and they don't care about anything but there own very big paychecks
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people they bring in are good employees and they don't treat them right so while these employees are there it's good team work until they leave from the bad leadership
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay your employees what is owed to them and make human resources actually do there jobs that they get paid to do or replace them because I'm looking for other employment because of these reasons
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I want my money that is owed too me and I want them to stop ripping me off and saying that your going to get it and never do and then they just don't answer when you call to complain
