They have a huge attitude against amputees and laugh in your face if you have a disability. Plus if you get Covid they pay you but if you get deathly ill they call you just to ask if target has any liability but no pay at all. HR brags about beating employees out of unemployment.

Very friendly and helpful with each other. They are mostly just hardworking everyday people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They way the people communicate with each other. The veterans really help the newbies. It's all good until the managers show up and dump on the day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we had an HR department that actually worked for the employees instead of just looking out for corporate. They don't even try to explain anything about benefits.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
People who understand disabilities and people who don't threaten employees. They keep saying they are going to do something about problems on the floor but all they do is make an announcement at team meetings. They need people to do their job instead of just auditing the employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
You just apply online and they eventually just send you a job offer. You don't get to talk to anyone. But with them bragging on TV about the starting wage they get a lot of new hires and with that comes the cull of the people they don't like
