Very unfair team leads have there relatives working there they get all raises when some empoyees worked there for 15 years and got only a 30 cent raise while there realitives got 65 cents raise not only that in october they also got a two hundred dollar bonus please look in to that very unfair

Not giving favortizme to there relatives when so many other emloyees deserve

The whole package is great have no problems with the package

It was a great place to work at 15 years ago but now with new team leads and new hr not a fair place to work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team members are great but team leads not fair in yuma team leads have all there realitives getting hours and making positions for them how about team members that deserve it please look into this issue
