Corporate seems clueless about how things actually are in the stores and hoe difficult aome of their decisions can make things. I like working there, but recognition from mgmt for hard work is negligible ans raises are pitiful

We mostly work together as a team and do what we can to help each other out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have always gone above and beyond in my role, i take pride in the work i do ans helping people and consider myself a team player. At least 2 people on my team think im one of the hardest working yet my manager seems clueless. Last raise was "meets expectations" and was 2%. Was a slap in the face.
