We are turning into Walmart and that needs to stop.

Communication is key. Also we need more payroll. We can't expect to perform well if we are under constant backup.

We had better working conditions before our new CEO came on board that was from Walmart. Now it's like working for Walmart.

Better leaders that lead by example. That do that tasks so they know how long it will take instead of just thinking it will take this long.
