
Realistic goals and tasks, people need to be held responsible including our leaders who rarely are productive
Get on the same page, it's a new thing everyday or we're pulled in different directions by all the leaders no consistency
I work in electronics and feel we should be commissioned based,even the people that work out mobile (not target employees) get commissions
I'm always giving too many tasks in an unreasonable amount of time and I'm expected to do tasks that don't directly affect my work center
