It gives a sense of security, which is awesome!! I love that I have a 401 K.

We need more reliable team members. Team members would call out of work constantly, which isn't good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The store is pretty neat and clean. Our ETLS and team members are always working, keeping everything in order.
What makes you most happy at work?
My job makes me happy. It's simple, not too difficult, and I love the space of the store
