What did you like most about the interview process?

There was no process put in application and got a email come to 8 hour orientation never talked to any person

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Need better management and hr needs to be totally replaced only there to back management do not care at all about employees

integrated product teams can have some good cohesion working towards a common goal
