They need to actually do their job and stop slacking. Listen to concerns and do better. They always flaunt around that we are replaceable and never listen to what we have to say. Target is a toxic workplace who cares about the numbers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I actually do my job while others in my department slack yet I get talked to by a higher up that Im the one slacking? Im sick of this drama and the wrong people being blamed aka me. Im forced to train with little pay also.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Speaking for Order Pickup my manager is pressuring us to deliever orders under 1 minute and this is with no coverage and also dealing with mistakes in the orders. He gets mad when the time goes up for reasons that are out of our hands. He passively makes you feel uncomfortable.
