What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mostly positive, but to much stress on getting Red cards.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Don't feel appreciated, unless I am getting Red cards. Favoritism towards younger employees who have been there less time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Look for the good employees are accomplishing instead of the small unimportant things they do wrong. Stress less about Red cards! \n
