Diversity thrives in all aspects of the company. Unfortunately, the culture is can be one of favortism instead of good work ethics.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Target seems to be more interested in hiring inexperienced early to mid-20 year olds and skip over the seasoned/exerienced mature adult. Quarterly raises along with increased starting salary
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was during COVID, so everything was different. I liked that there wasn't a timed interview. My first interview was over the phone and the second was over Zoom. My third interview was in person and it was almost an hour. After each interview, I was informed the timeline of 24 hours for a response
