It serves my purpose but they don't really give pay raises. Given inflation I'm actually making significantly less than when I started two years ago.

Looking at all the merchandise and interacting with my coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the cultural awareness that is exhibited such as promoting Black Lives Matter and LGBTQ Pride month.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't particularly feel undervalued and I would feel better about my compensation if I received pay raises that at LEAST kept up with inflation.
