Again, most of the issues within team dynamics hinges on compensation and accountability. While team members seen as peer leaders are implemented to encourage positive business citizenship, the lack of support from upper executives undercuts most team building behaviors.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Store climate is highly influenced by executives and store director. Personally, my store has a more toxic environment. Overall, for the company, they've embraced the importance of mental health and well-being by providing resources to those who truly need it.
