What needs to change to make the company culture better?
ETLS need to pitch in and more realistic timeframes need to be expected. The same hours are given for 2 massively different size trucks.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executives were straight out of college and knew nothing about retail and very snobby. They need to do more work and less office sitting
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of the best people I ever met were team members or a team lead at target. Unfortunately ETLS did not care about or support them though
