
they need to move faster and learn to speak up when they are not treated fairly
communication and spending more time actually working in the depts they "run" have a understanding of the running
let the people who actually know what they are doing do their job give them the tools and equipment they need as well as the hours needed
we have team leaders who do nothing all day we have ETL that do NOTHING all day but sit in front of the computer OR come out to micro manage
