
Management that listens to workers and to incentive teams to make the store what it used to be
During the last 9 years I think we have the worst general manager and HR. Hihg management should do something about it.
My co workers used to be hard co workers but because they feel disappointed with management they show no interest to do better
I love Target and I wish things change for better. We keep losing hard team members and team leads. They are tired of waiting for a change.
