They are more concerned with being friends with each other rather than leading. They know less about the store than regular team memebers

If you train in other areas they will completely take advantage of you. Currently doing team lead work with no title or extra pay.

You receive no recognition for good work and no help when you need it, yet they expect a certain kiss-ass attitude if you want to promote
What are some of the best things about your team?
The regular team members are kind and helpful. In my area we are all very close and work well to get done what needs to be done
