Being alone and having the opportunity to complete my task and help others.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more fair and paying attention to an employees work ethics. Also using better judgement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I practice diligence, my work ethics are outstanding. I engage with guess and I love to communicate for clarity. Yet I'm over looked and over worked.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team members are mostly sneaky. Most of my team members are good individuals who seek the same fairness as I do but some are afraid to speak out.
