What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I’d have to say the holiday season, the is really a family like atmosphere around this time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working in a fast paced environment such as target, require a lot of physical activity, with very short breaks. The work is very strainous.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They seem to lack proper organizational & employee motivational skills. I’ve see a lot of employees come & leave at my store because of this.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The meetings need to resume because they have stopped completely at my store. LOD’S should sharemore information with there subordinate & really make them feel like they are apart of a team & not just an expendable individual.
