I would really like to be made full time but this seems impossible and I may have to leave the company.

My coworkers are all nice people but there is no discipline and they cut corners offten passing the work along to others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company for 3 years and I'm frequently reminded that I'm valued individual but despite having expressed a desire to move up in the company I'm still in the same part-time position I started.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Target is really bad at handling online orders. Myself and many customers have experienced this. Also Target instore selection is extremely leaving behind our competitors. I often have to shop at the stores of competitors like Safeway, Sears, or Walmart to get what I need.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Targets leadership structure is highly inefficient. What's called a Lead On Duty is rotated amongst managers and thought they like to treat each department equally they often don't have the knowledge of how departments work to run the store efficiently on a day to day basis.
