ETL allowed to bully peers and nobody including Store manager or HR do anything. Have seen TL and TM unjustly fired and retaliated against when speaking up.
Better team morale, showing more meaningful gratitude throughout the year not simply during review time. Sales floor team's tend to get ignored a lot on recognition. Better communication as a store whole.
Leadership throughout the past 9 years since I started has drastically declined. ETL spend more time together and less with their team. Store manager doesn't run the store and allows an ETL to do as she pleases including bully others employees and HR-ETL are all to new and young to ever stand up.
