I get along with the majority of my team, coworkers. However, most of us feel that we are treated unfairly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked there for five years and now get paid the same rate as someone who is just hired, due to them increasing their minimum wage. There was no increase for current employees if you were at that amount.
