
Communication. My ETL-HR bullies employees and encourages the other leaders to do so as well. They have bullied people out unfairly with no repercussion and never help the team.
Even though Target had a minimum pay increase this last year it did nothing to compensate their more experienced employees. At my store we had people who knew every department who made as much as people who were just hired.
As an HR-TM (which is what I was) I saw the team as assets and not just numbers. If given the right motivation my team gives their all and feels pride in what they have accomplished. The leadership has taken that away.
The team expectations are too high for the amount of work they have forced upon them. Leadership doesn't help. They get in trouble if they are helping guests or going above and beyond for a guest if their work doesn't get finished.
