The people on my team are personable and friendly. If the people who worked on the ground were given actual power and responsibility, you could probably save a lot of money just by firing management.

The average price of a studio apartment where I live is $1,000 a month. Target pays $12.50 an hour and won't give you more than 25 hours a week. There's no way that could possibly compete with the cost of living. I would feel better if they paid us enough to realistically live.
