The leadership team is a bunch of kids out of college that don’t have any idea of what it takes to be a leader because they or inexperienced and are not trained properly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Seniority should count for something. Target hires new people in at close to what a person that has been working there for 15 years is making and gives them more hrs and better shifts. They cut hrs from long term people and hire 10 new people the same day.
