
I am a tl and my leadership needs to understand that in the new direction at Target they need to be more hands on
More hours allocated... the upcoming workloads are next to impossible with hours. Everyone is spread thin and grocery managers quitting all over district. Better pay
Grocery operating model... is no where near how actual groceries do it... lots of unneeded steps, things keep getting added to workload while hours get taken
Because my hours for my dept. were cut by almost 200 hours with very little of my workload changing which in turn makes me have to lead and do most of the work of a team member
