
More emphasis towards making connections between all team members and their leaders. Even between district team leads and starting team members. Their needs to be better relationships.
Involvement with team members, understanding one another, working together with other team leads and team members, really fostering good talent, better procedures for hiring talent and not just hiring anybody...especially if they plan to pay $15/hr starting by 2020.
Doing supervisor's work. Executive team leads don't seem to fully care about their departments and team. It's just a job to them therefore they won't do things to make a difference. I work harder and provide more value then they do but because all positions are full they can't promote.
