
Again I felt a lot of management were nice people but neglected certain departments that they don’t really understand how to lead.
Allow departments to actually work and care about their stations instead of priortizing the same station(s) 90% of the time. For example, don’t constantly use electronics members for hardline duties when there is actual hardline duties.
Almost all freshman to running a store. The one that isn’t seemed bitter that the others had better positions. Really nice people overall but didn’t seem to respect the opinion of those who were on the floor day to day zoning. Did not care much for the needs of electronics department.
