Everything. They don’t listen or act accordingly. They take offense if you try to bring up an issue. They only follow rules when they want or it benefits them.

They cut corners, they weasel you out of raises. They have cliques and rules for whenever they want to use them. The absolute worst with money and payroll spent. They treat you like trash
