
We have a good management team and pretty much everyone gets along and tries to keep the atmosphere light and friendly while getting things done.
They really act as a team and work just as hard on the sales floor as any team member. They make you feel as if you have value.
I like the job and helping people. The key to a good day though is the other team members working that day. Some are much easier to work with than others.
Everytime there is a minimum wage increase any raises we may have earned are lost, which means people that have been there for years are getting paid exactly what new hires make.
