
Not enough communications. Always last minute to find something out, or when they get a call they are going to have a visit does anything actually get done.
To have an ETL that ACTUALLY listens and acts upon not just in one ear and out the other. They can't keep anything between you and them. By the next few days the whole store knows your Buisness.
Most of the team members are frustrated with certain ETL's and the lack of communication. On the other hand team member with team member pretty good. WE have to have a paycheck whether we like the job or not.
I understand the fact the guest comes first. BUT.... Instocks and cleanliness need to be a factor to help keep those guest coming back. Payroll seems to always be an issues because flow team always stay late. This causes the rest of the team to struggle because of short handed AND dealing w/ guest.
