They are all too young and have no real world experience. They are very unprofessional and do not have leadership or management skills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't mind the pay rate if I felt that available work hours were given to people who actually worked instead of standing around doing nothing. People who work hard are barely given any hours, yet others get special treatment.
