
Communication could be better; make it value added.
Integrity and how they treat people. Team Members are not valued.
Upper management is held to lower expectations. Need consistency and integrity.
Treated as though I’m a machine. Me as a person doesn’t matter; only their profit. Literally told that all of us (Team Members) are replaceable. Upper management allowed to do what they please, but “lower” Team Members expected to work harder and do more. No work life balance at all.
